Excellence
Through our interpersonal and technical skills, excellence determines the versatility, diversity and inclusion within IFECARM GROUP’s pool of expertise.
Values & commitment
Six core values, knowledge transfer to future professionals and one conviction: what guides how I take on an assignment and work with teams.
Six core values
Through IFECARM GROUP, I set a course for all stakeholders around six essential values:
Through our interpersonal and technical skills, excellence determines the versatility, diversity and inclusion within IFECARM GROUP’s pool of expertise.
An indispensable added value for the success of our communication and the sincerity of our reports and deliverables; a matter of ethics that strengthens the effectiveness and accountability of our people.
People at the heart of our activities is a virtue that guides the intellectual humility and leadership of our people.
Through listening, closeness and respect, kindness rules out any form of aggressiveness in our relations with our clients, for a lasting collaboration built on trust.
A key that unlocks the power of diversity, solidarity reflects IFECARM GROUP’s will to support our clients technically towards achieving efficient objectives.
The authenticity of our IFECARMERS is a guarantee of trust and serenity in the integrity of their values.
Human qualities
Beyond technical skills, four qualities that make the difference day to day, with teams and management alike.
Versatility, autonomy, curiosity and initiative; operational presence on site and positive communication.
Process improvement, management of change, lessons learned and priorities; management.
Design and facilitation of training modules and HSE meetings, accident flash reports and safety quarter-hours.
Inventiveness, innovation, interpersonal skills, self-control and team motivation.
Community involvement: scouting, ADEVA Benin and the fight against cancer in Benin.
Knowledge transfer & outlook
Training, intervening and exchanging: knowledge transfer extends the work done on industrial sites. It helps give teams and future professionals the means to act.

In the field · ESMER
Conference on occupational health and safety, given to students of ESMER, the School of Renewable Energy Professions (École Supérieure des Métiers des Énergies Renouvelables): future technicians and engineers, who will work in demanding, sometimes hazardous environments.
Identifying a hazard before it becomes an incident, assessing a risk before acting, adopting the right reflexes before needing them: prevention is built from training onwards.
